Shipping & Returns

USA 

We offer free shipping to mainland US only on all orders over $100 and $15 for orders less than $100.

These shipping terms are for orders purchased directly through the US Webshop only. All trade and B2B orders will be subject to your standard shipping conditions which our team will advise at point of order.

Orders shipped to destinations outside the US may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Urban Bar (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes

All orders are shipped from our USA warehouse in Montana using either UPS or USPS. Once your order has been confirmed you will be sent tracking information. All orders will require a signature upon delivery, please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. 

Please Note: Orders to P.O Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

Gift cards: 

The purchase of a gift card does not contribute to the delivery value of the basket and there is no minimum order or delivery charge on a gift card purchase.

UK Shipping

Within the UK, we ship with DHL eCommerce on a standard service of 1-2 days in transit (excluding Saturday or Sunday delivery). Goods normally ship within 1-2 days of order.

European Shipping Service

We have a dedicated EU website where you can purchase the same range of products in Euros(€) and local languages. You can still purchase through our UK website for Express delivery into Europe.

For European countries we use DHL Express and DPD as our service partners, your order should arrive within one week. All of our shipments abroad can be tracked using the consignment number that we will send.

Rest of World (ROW)

If your country is not listed above please contact us via email or the chat feature. We ship our products all around the world using our delivery partner DHL Express. 

Multiple Addresses

If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address. A separate charge will apply to each delivery address.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order from urbanbar.us however if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days and we will be happy to process an exchange or refund. All returns must be in their original, unused condition.

If you think your product may be faulty, please contact customer service via admin@urbanbar.us  with full details and we will endeavor to sort out a replacement as soon as we can.

Please do not send products back to us without prior arrangement with us first as they may get refused by our warehouse.

Whilst we endeavor to hold stock of all of our product lines in our various worldwide distribution centers this is not always possible and you may find a reduced product offering. You can find the full range of products available on our UK website. If what you are looking for is not directly available on your local website please contact us and we will be able to confirm prices and delivery information.

We cannot be held responsible for goods in transit whilst being sent back to us and ask that you use a recorded (proof) service.

Please do not send back any items without prior arrangement with us first as they may get refused by our warehouse.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
