Shipping
Within the UK we ship with DPD on a standard delivery service which is 1-3 days from despatch (no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday), we charge £4.99 per shipment and offer free carriage on all orders over £55. We also offer 3 next working day delivery services if your order is placed Mon – Fri before Noon, pricing detailed below.
Goods are normally despatched from our warehouse within 2 – 3 working days of our receiving your order.
Europe
For European countries we use DPD, your order should arrive within one week. All of our shipments abroad can be tracked using the consignment number that we will send.

Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and the EU may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Urban Bar (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
Multiple Addresses
If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address. A separate charge will apply to each delivery address.
Returns
We are confident that you will be pleased with all of our items and have carefully tested our packaging to withstand the rigours of despatch, however if you are unhappy with anything you can return them within 14 days of despatch.
Please make sure all returned items are in their original packing and unused. We will then refund any monies for the items less the postage charges incurred for the sending of the items.
In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods from us then please email us at admin@urbanbar.com within three days of receipt and return the goods to us, we will then arrange for a refund or replacement and credit you postage.
We cannot be held responsible for goods in transit whilst being sent back to us and ask that you use a recorded (proof) service. Our return address is:
